Mike did a great job unclogging my kitchen sink. It was a messy job but he showed up right away the same day I called and he was polite and cleaned up everything before he left! I was totally impressed with the service from start to finish! I would highly recommend Benjamin Franklin Plumbing! They are on it from the moment you call them!

Luis came out to repair my toilet for my insurance. He went over all the different options that were available as far as the repair goes and explained them to me thoroughly. We settled on the repair necessitated by my insurance. It's an easy job, but he wasn't pushy and finished the repair promptly. He handled everything professionally and did great worn!

Dillion was highly professional and knowledgeable. It is a good feeling to have a reliable connection established, so that we can easily call for any of our plumbing needs. He explained thoroughly on what the issue was and how to resolve it. Highly recommend.

Always wonderful to work with and very transparent. They made me aware of my options and if one choice could potentially lead to more work being necessary than initially planned. I really appreciate how clear they are and their quality work!

I live in Sun City and was in need of a plumber but not in an emergency situation. I tried calling a couple but Benjamin Franklin Plumbing was great. They responded quickly after my call and sent Adam to review my request. He gave me some great ideas and sent me an estimate so we could move forward. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. i definitely will be using them for my service needs.

This was our first time using Ben Franklin Plumbing Service. They are very professional, knowledgeable, kind & courteous. This was a toilet issue & will be coming back, even though our issue is solved, by our choice continuing on with their services. They were very mindful of our schedule with the fact that we are having them return. Dave was wonderful & he brought his apprentice Cody with him. Nice job guys!! Next visit- review continues- after 2nd service, by our choice, mind you- Cody and Dave returned at scheduled time. These gentlemen are all that. After completion of the job at hand, you won’t even know they were there, as your area worked in/on is all nice and clean. I’m particular… “and you should meet my husband”. Had a new toilet installed. Benjamin Franklin’s plumber, Charlie, came out to install it. He called to let me know his status, he was reliable, pleasant and quick! He cleaned up and you wouldn’t even know anyone was there. I would highly recommend them.
